Oliver grew up within walking distance of a meticulously restored 1920’s movie palace. During the most awkward years of his childhood, he wouldn’t miss the weekly double features of Hollywood classics.

After starting his career in animation and computer graphics, he created his first live-action short film MILES in 2015, a project which combines his passion for technology, nature, and humanity.

Following the release of this short, Oliver wrote and directed a feature-length children’s film, AXL, which was released in 2018 and stars a 3D-printed, animatronic robot dog.

His next project, ARCADIA, is a horror film about immortality.
